Helping customers

Over 40 per cent of our customers would struggle to secure finance through conventional lenders. This equates to four out of every ten SilverChef customers who may not have been able to grow their businesses without our assistance. It's one of the ways we are actively working to help people achieve their dreams.

Helping our partners

SilverChef boasts a global network comprising over 2,000 equipment dealer partners. We take pride in having channelled more than $2 billion into the worldwide hospitality sector. This investment enables hospitality businesses to access essential equipment; and supports the growth of our dealer partners' businesses.

Helping the community

For more than two decades, SilverChef has been in collaboration with Opportunity International Australia, actively engaging in fundraising, education, and support for Opportunity's mission to alleviate poverty.

Additionally, we offer two paid volunteering days annually to each of our team members, empowering them to contribute to local community organisations.

In 2022, we introduced the SilverChef Community Grants Program and a specialised product, Community-Equip, designed specifically for not-for-profit organizations.

These initiatives play a crucial role in assisting community groups that leverage hospitality and food services to train, empower, and provide support to marginalised people within our communities.
