Phillip Godkin

As Executive Director of SilverChef’s global business, Phillip takes a strategic lens to SilverChef’s global growth. His vision involves ongoing investments in the global hospitality sector, ultimately empowering a greater number of customers to achieve their dreams. SilverChef’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Mangan, reports to Phillip.

Before stepping up into the Executive Director role, Phillip originally joined SilverChef in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer, leading the business through the global pandemic, a transformational core platform upgrade, the acquisition of Econolease in Canada, and expansion into the USA. Before joining SilverChef, Phillip spent more than 20 years at the Westpac Group, where he held a variety of executive leadership roles.

Jeremy Mangan

Jeremy was appointed as CEO of SilverChef’s global business in 2024. Having spent his entire career immersed in hospitality, Jeremy is passionate about driving investment in the global hospitality industry and growing the SilverChef and Econolease businesses globally.

Jeremy joined SilverChef in July 2017 as National Sales Manager for Australia. He moved through a number of senior leadership roles – most recently Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for driving growth, leading our Marketing and Sales teams and developing our dealer channels across Australia and New Zealand.

Peter Forsberg

Peter joined SilverChef in December 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for SilverChef's financial strategy and financial operations globally. 

Peter has more than 20 years’ experience as a CFO in public and privately-owned companies across a wide range of industry sectors. Prior to SilverChef, Peter was CFO of Thorn Group, a publicly listed financial services company, where he also served as acting CEO for 11 months. 

Amanda Tye

Amanda joined SilverChef in January 2018 and took on the role of Head of People and Impact in January 2020, becoming Chief People and Impact Officer in 2022.  In 2023 she added Customer Success to her remit, becoming Chief People, Customer and Impact Officer.

She has more than 20 years' experience in HR across the education, banking and telecommunications sectors. An experienced leader, Amanda has a proven track record in growing high-performing teams and delivering strategic outcomes. 

Before joining SilverChef, Amanda was General Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development, at a major telecommunications provider.

Robert Phelps

Robert joined SilverChef in February 2016 as Executive General Manager for Australia/New Zealand and subsequently led our Canadian business as President, SilverChef Canada for five years.

In 2022 Robert took on the leadership of SilverChef’s Certified Used division globally. The division provides a business-critical remarketing channel for equipment returned through our flagship rental product, Rent–Try–Buy.

Brad Lever

Brad joined SilverChef in 2016 and has held several key leadership roles across the business, including Global Transformation Manager. 

In 2025, he was appointed to Chief Information Officer, responsible for the strategy, operations and roadmap of our Global Technology function. Brad brings deep technical expertise and a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes in complex environments, with a proven track record of driving transformation across the business.

Jessika Woolford

Jessika joined SilverChef in mid 2023 as Global Head of Marketing before stepping into Chief Marketing Officer in mid 2024. Jessika has spent her career in marketing roles across a variety of B2B and B2C industries, in both for-purpose and commercial organisations.

As CMO, Jessika leads all our global marketing strategies, programs and deliverables to align with our global business strategy. Jessika is passionate about purpose and positive impact, which is part of our DNA here at SilverChef.

Stuart Zalunardo

Stuart joined SilverChef in 2020 as Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand, before relocating in 2022 to Canada to lead our SilverChef and EconoLease businesses, as well as our expansion into the US market. In 2025, he returned to Australia and was appointed Chief Risk Officer. With more than 35 years’ experience in the finance industry, he brings strong expertise in relationship management, credit, strategy and business leadership.

Before joining SilverChef, Stuart was National Head of Industry Business Banking at St.George Group, where he led a national team of industry-aligned business bankers across St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne.

Niall Grigg

Niall has spent more than 10 years at SilverChef in key sales and leadership roles, including leading the New Zealand business and managing Customer Success AU. Niall has built deep expertise across the hospitality and finance sectors and has strong insight into how SilverChef helps partners and customers successfully grow their business.

Niall was appointed to Chief Growth Officer AUNZ in 2025, where he is responsible for driving Growth, leading our Sales teams, and developing our dealer channels across Australia and New Zealand. 

Dunstin Lynch

Dunstin joined SilverChef in February 2017 as Chief Risk Officer, responsible for risk management, corporate governance, fraud management, audit and compliance globally. Most recently, Dunstin temporarily relocated to Canada to support our growing North American business, building and leading the Credit and Risk function as Chief Risk Officer – North America.

He is an accomplished senior executive, whose key achievements at SilverChef include reducing risk through the introduction of effective controls and governance frameworks and leading the company’s COVID crisis response. Before joining SilverChef, Dunstin spent 28 years at Heritage Bank, where his most recent position was General Manager, Technology. 

Tyrone Ho

Tyrone Ho is the President of Econolease Canada, leading partner-driven growth across equipment finance, technology, and merchant solutions.

With more than 20 years’ experience in fintech, AI, and hospitality, he has held senior roles at Tyro Payments, Australia’s first fintech and an ASX-listed company, and served as ANZ Country Manager for TabSquare, an AI-powered digital ordering platform, guiding the region through COVID.

Coming from a family of restaurateurs and chefs, Tyrone brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hospitality operators and is committed to helping businesses grow.

Jon Jacobs

Jon joined SilverChef as President of U.S. Operations in January 2025. With more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, he has held executive leadership positions at TriMark USA, a top provider of equipment, supplies, and design services.

At SilverChef, Jon leads the operational strategy across the United States, aligning initiatives with the company’s global goals while focusing on operational excellence and sustainable, profitable growth.
