If you rent or lease the equipment, it will be delivered to you after you’ve signed the rental or lease agreement and paid the upfront costs.

You’ll be informed of the delivery charge in the freight quote we email you.

If you purchase the equipment outright, you’ll find out the delivery charge after entering your shipping address during the online checkout process.

We deliver Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.

We’ll contact you to confirm your delivery address and give you an estimated time of arrival; you should receive the equipment within 1–8 business days.

Or, if the equipment is warehoused in Auckland and you’re nearby, you can — during the checkout process — choose the option to collect the equipment.


The equipment rental or lease does not include installation, which customers are required to arrange at their own cost.

Please check the equipment’s dimensions to ensure it will fit into the spot you’ve designated for it at your business.

Also, please ensure the equipment’s electrical rating or gas type is compatible with your venue’s utilities.


Our ‘Certified Used’ equipment comes with a three-month warranty.

If the equipment develops a covered fault while under warranty, please call us on 0800 453 010.

We’ll arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund.

After the warranty expires, customers are required to cover any equipment-breakdown repair costs.

We can still assist you, however, in finding a repairer or getting a replacement machine so you can get back up and running as quickly as possible.


If your financial position has changed or the rental equipment no longer meets the demands of your business, you may be able to return it to us.

Can I return the equipment?


Yes — after the 12-month agreement expires ^




^ If you don’t exercise any of your end-of-term options, you can continue renting month-to-month for as long as you need to. You can still return the equipment at any time.

You’ll just need to let us know four weeks out that you’re going to return the equipment.

Customers are responsible for transporting the equipment  to us and the cost for us to clean and service the returned equipment so it can be certified and remarketed.
